Today I stand vindicated on the Ruaraka land saga after 8 years of being dragged to court, arrested, abused, threatened and painted as reckless for publishing what powerful people did not want Kenyans to discuss openly.

The Court of Appeal has now confirmed what we said from the beginning, that the land occupied by Drive In Primary School and Ruaraka High School was public land, and that the government had no legal basis to compulsorily acquire land it already owned.

The same Sh1.5 billion payment that some people wanted us to treat as normal government business has now been declared illegal, null and void, and the fresh attempt to squeeze another Sh1.769 billion from taxpayers has been thrown out completely.

When I exposed this matter, they did not answer the facts, they ran to court, used police, tried to intimidate me and hoped that fear would bury the truth, but time has once again proved that journalism is not a crime when it exposes theft of public resources.

Those who mocked, prosecuted, harassed and lectured me should now read the judgment slowly, because the courts have confirmed that taxpayers were made to pay for land that already belonged to the public.

Now this case against me must be dismissed

Court Update:
High Court Cites CS Duale for Contempt Over Illegal Construction of Laikipia Ebola Facility.

Today, the High Court vindicated the rule of law by finding Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale in contempt of court. Justice Patricia Nyaundi ruled that the government has deliberately violated existing conservatory orders by allowing construction to continue on the proposed US-backed Ebola quarantine facility at Laikipia Air Base. The Court has summoned CS Duale to appear in court tomorrow, June 23, at 11:00 am to explain the failure to comply with the previous court orders.

By finding that CS Duale has, in fact, disclosed all existing, disclosable documents relating to the facility, the Court has shed light on the government’s record-keeping regarding the project. Because these disclosures completely lack any environmental and social impact assessments or safety contingency plans, this finding confirms a deeply alarming reality: the government commenced construction on a high-risk biological quarantine facility without ever conducting the requisite impact assessments or emergency planning.

Katiba Institute brought this contempt application to defend the authority of the judiciary and Kenyans' constitutional right to public participation.

"We are witnessing a profound disrespect for Kenya’s sovereignty and our constitutional rule of law," said @NoraMbagathi, Executive Director of Katiba Institute. "The fact that construction continued in direct violation of a High Court order shows that the government believed it could operate entirely above the Kenyan judicial system. Today’s ruling sends a clear message: public health initiatives must bow to constitutional accountability, transparency, and the rule of law."

Katiba Institute demands the immediate cessation of all activities at the Laikipia site.

This Headline is apt.

The two, on behalf of Mr. William Ruto are in charge of recruiting, financing and deploying goons to unleash terror on the people of Kenya including inside churches, public rallies and destruction of property.

The goons work in cohort with plain-clothes police offices and backed by anti riot police. Mr. Murkomen is the commander of Nairobi Sierra - a team of rogue police officers that was captured on video attacking Witima ACK church in Othaya and is responsible for coordinating goons and other rogue police officers that have been unleashing violence against innocent Kenyans.

After the Witima church attack, the DCI recommended the 12 police officers be prosecuted but Mr. Murkomen stopped it and instead had them promoted to their next ranks and given more responsibilities to attack Kenyans and Bussiness.

Goonism is now a way of life since the appointment of Murkomen as Cabinet Secretary for Interior. He has a parallel police control outside the command of the Inspector General of Police.

Senior police officers are frustrated and are indeed embarrassed that the National Police Service have abandoned their duty of protecting life and property and instead is working with goons to harm Kenyans and destroy property.

There is disquiet in the National Intelligence Service as Murkomen has also created another group of intelligence officers reporting directly to him outside the established chain of command in the service.

As we prepare to go for the General Elections next year, it is evident that Mr. Murkomen is hell bent to create anarchy with a view of attempting to postpone the General Elections.

It will not be allowed. Kenyans will stand up and defend their constitutional rights.
