#UnpopularOpinion #385. Young people who are starting business. Do not use the capital to deal with your daily flow. Save it & reinvest it. Just imagine you weren’t into the business. How would you survive? Stay with a friend & share the rent? Eat once a day? Offer some labour for pay on a day you aren’t working? Once the business has grown or stabilised, budget for your profits & pay yourself a fraction say 5%- 10%. It’s this fraction that you can now reward your sweat & pay for necessities of life. If you divert daily sales for data, transport, a drink at your kafunda, nice clothes, etc your business will suffer infant mortality at its first birthday.
