Ignoring the extended, untouched episode in some of this ragebait is certainly a choice.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@nasrnjar12208 The Arabic team is working on it!

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@gorrillabishan @ChocoExplsn This doesn't work. You can clearly hear a jarring cut in the sound effects when Luffy hits Kizaru. No such cut is there in our version.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@gorrillabishan @ChocoExplsn Unfortunately there's a limit to how much we can cut while keeping the flow intact and not introducing any jarring cuts

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@gorrillabishan @ChocoExplsn We did fix it! We cut the impact down by around 6 seconds, which makes the scene feel much faster.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@brapgf @AMizuband @thegrayfruit To be precise, One Pace cuts around 400 episodes of padding and bloat, not 600. Still a stupidly large number.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@Idonthaveause_7 Yes, it's very bad. Don't watch the original anime for Wano. Either read the manga or use another fanedit called Onigashima Paced which covers the rest of Wano. You can find a link to this via searching it up on Google.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@soulofmo @prettyboyhass Everything in the manga is in One Pace. So, no key part is cut in One Pace. Plus, anime-original content that we think is good is included in the extended cuts we release for certain episodes. So if people want such scenes with One Pace, they can go watch the extended cut.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@Idonthaveause_7 It'll be a while. Don't expect it any time soon.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@LizMaiimgs @DrKermitVR It's still 1 chapter per episode, so pretty bad. We're working on the arc rn, but no ETA on when its first episode will come out.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@Mansurella1 @Kaliyaiosjs Yes, we're working on the re-edits for many of our older arcs, along with new episodes for Wano and Egghead

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@Kaliyaiosjs We released Fishman Island over a decade ago. Our oldest edits no longer reflect our current quality standards. So, we're re-releasing this arc with better editing.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@VilmaOrtiz69808 @MOTHblank @naisu_monkee Nah, it's still pretty bad. Like, we had post-timeskip levels of chapter-to-episode ratios right from Amazon Lily, and even before that the ratio was nowhere close to being good.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@naisu_monkee This entire gag is kept intact in the extended cut of Reverse Mountain 02

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@panario144 @777sehun One Pace started in 2013, 3 years before Tiktok began. So pacing has been a complaint with the original anime way before short-form content has destroyed our attention spans.

Plus, the chapter-to-episode ratio for the original anime is abysmal.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@MonkeyDSilver24 @777sehun Honestly everyone watching One Pace or even the original anime should read the manga. It's so good.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@RedbeardInKY @Icefisher10 Regarding G8: we have 2 versions of Skypiea. The manga-accurate version leads directly into LRLL, while the alternate cut leads into G8. So, those want to watch G8 can watch the alternate cut of Skypiea, then go watch G8 in the original anime, and then return to Pace for LRLL.

[One Pace @OnePaceProject]

@RedbeardInKY @Icefisher10 It's way more than a minute per episode. Till now we've saved 38% of the total runtime of the One Piece anime. And this is excluding any filler episodes/arcs in the anime.
