5. Single-Leg Balance / Standing Hip Hinge variation
Standing on one leg (or a controlled hinge) forces the pelvic floor to stabilize. Very effective once basic Kegels are mastered.

2. Glute Bridge (excellent for pelvic floor + glutes)
Lie on your back, knees bent. Lift hips while actively engaging the pelvic floor. One of the best functional progressions.

4. Bird Dog (core + pelvic floor stability)
From tabletop position, extend opposite arm and leg while keeping the pelvis stable and pelvic floor lightly active.
