@HealingKaron @DrDoyleSays I did group therapy as it was all my local health unit offered. I was scared but did it anyway coz I was desperate for help & it was much better than nothing. It had its limitations but it kept me afloat. I wouldn’t do it again & will seek out a 1 on 1 therapist in the future.
