Maybe X can help me get attention from @YahooCare @Yahoo . Nearly two decades ago I made two emails that I used for random things over the years. The mistake I made was setting up each account to be the others recovery email. A year ago when trying to sign in for account A it asked me to verify my login with account B, so I tried to log in to account B and oh no.. it asked me to verify my login with account A. There are NO other sign-in options available for either account for some reason. I know the passwords yet I am unable to access them. Many tickets and calls to Yahoo support (including paid support) led me nowhere other than "we don't have enough information on this account to securely verify your identity as the account owner. Your account has been lost." and that's it. I provided my passport, details on when I registered the accounts and where, emails that were on the accounts, yet they always claim they can not identify me as the owner and thus the accounts are lost.
In the end, it's not the end of the world for me as these were secondary email addresses I used, but it has caused many annoyances as I'm locked out of some old websites (and unique usernames on certain socials) due to not being able to access these emails any more. Any advice and help would be appreciated.

Yes you did, but you offered no assistance. You tell me to call support (which I've done maybe 5 times now, premium number) and every ticket response and phone support response I get a "I suggest you try to regain access to your account using the Sign-in Helper"... which doesn't solve anything as I literally can't log in to either account. I find it impossible to believe that Yahoo is unable to offer any other assistence other than "try using the Sign-in helper" to no avail.
