To the artiste: @sarkodie
After your RAH show in the UK, I called you the next day to congratulate you and we spoke for 10 minutes+.
After my OVO โ you posted the second video on social media... Whatever message you meant to send across, only you can explain.
After I made that factual tweet, I still went ahead to send you a message because you were posting some cryptic stuff.
You called back immediately. I missed it, but I called you back after, and we spoke for more than an hour on industry, behaviors, and perspectives.
You were very clear about how no artiste could be "forced" to uphold any form of principle. That, literally, in our industry, artistes must play along so far as it benefits them, and it cannot matter how, because we all care about different things. Which is evident in Video 1.
Standing on just these 2 videos for now, I believe this tweet of yours has been equally considered. And you will agree that without PRINCIPLE, advice is an OPINION.

How can you send such a VN to someone who has paid you for a service that you didnโt render on the agreed date? She wasnโt even being rude in the text?
