@westlondonnhs continues to support targeted smoking cessation for patients with #mentalhealth needs 🚭 and provides #tuberculosis education through @EalingPartners. @AlfieEaling is now hosted by @CLCHNHSTrust with school nursing.

Hugely sad that innovative and successful @OneYouEaling can no longer be funded through public health resources available to @EalingCouncil. Look forward to them sharing a summary of their achievements over the last 4 years over the coming weeks.
