He, @DavidNdii wrote an entire essay supporting the now failed education model (which was predicted)!
This regime widened Education inequalities in ways that are unprecedented!
So much for an expert!

Nature wastes nothing.
A lion claims the kill, hyenas crush and consume even the toughest bones, and what remains is left to the smallest recyclers.
During the pupal stage, insects help break down the last traces of keratin from the horns and hooves.
MOTION FOR SENATORS TO ACCESS THE IFMIS RECORDS IN REAL TIME
Pursuant to Articles 96 and 217 of the Constitution, I have moved a Motion in the @Senate_KE to compel the National @KeTreasury to provide Senators with real time IFMIS reports for every county. Effective oversight cannot rely on delayed reports long after public funds have been spent.
Transparency begins with timely access to information. If Senators are to protect county resources and hold governments accountable, we must see public expenditure as it happens, not after the damage is done.
No accountability without transparency. No transparency without real time access.
Kenya's Noah Ngeny set the 1000m world record of 2:11.96 back in 1999.
It stood for 27 years...
Until fellow Kenyan Emmanuel Wanyonyi broke it on his very first attempt 🤯🇰🇪
I think Kenya is Africa’s most impressive success story right now. A leader in fintech, innovation, logistics, startups & renewable energy. With a young population and strong private sector, don’t be surprised if it becomes one of Africa’s biggest economies in the coming decades.
I’ve been thinking about creating a Future Leaders Investment Fund. Instead of traditional VC/PE funds, it would invest by funding young people with the courage and competence to run for political office but who lack the financial resources. Applicants would present their manifesto on a public platform, funding would be tied to clear performance and transparency standards, and the public would have tools to hold successful candidates accountable throughout their term. One of the biggest reasons good young leaders compromise is because they’re forced to seek funding from the very political cartels they’re trying to replace. Maybe it’s time we built our own system.
What do you guys think?
The Budget Preparation Cycle for 2027/28 starts on July 22nd at KICC starting 8:30am.
As I have always said, be part of the process from the start, if you wait to jump in during Finance Bill 2027 you'll be late.
Every time you avoid something uncomfortable, your brain reinforces the idea that avoidance works. It literally strengthens the pathways that make hesitation, procrastination, or excuses automatic. And every time you do the hard thing even imperfectly your brain is building a new pathway: this is something I can do.
The Sovereign Wealth Fund Bill 2026 has been signed into law this morning.
Kenya now has a Sovereign Wealth Fund which constitutes 3 funds:
· The Stabilisation Fund which is designed to provide the national government with resources for management of shocks
· The Strategic Infrastructure Investment Fund which is designed to provide funding for strategic infrastructure investment priorities that are aligned to the national development plan
· The Future Generations Fund which is designed to to ensure that the benefits of the use of resources are shared equitably between present and future generations
Two things worth pointing out:
· Per the Act, 30.0% of the total mineral & petroleum revenues will be ringfenced for the Future Generations Fund
· The Act prohibits investment of the Funds in speculative derivatives, unlisted or real estate located in Kenya, private equity, art or commodities or securities issued by a Kenyan issuer
The audit reveals that Finsprint, a private firm involved in the SHA payment system, deducts a 2% fee from every payment made to hospitals before the money is sent.
Strangely, it also says the firm's majority shareholder has no verifiable address.
A new report has revealed that KPA will spend Sh8.3 billion to widen a 1.4km section of Port Road in Mombasa, at about Sh6 billion per km.
The report says Sh1.6 billion has been set aside for offices, vehicles, Android phones and other preliminary items.
