@karynmaughan@News24 Is the scandal unloading about IDAC a consequence of cadre deployment instead of appointing people who are competent, ethical, beyond reproach and not ANC loyalists????
@karynmaughan A romantic relationship it sounds like and probably the reason IDAC never investigated Khan despite the rumours of his proximity to the Murray murders. Johnson cannot just resign and disappear into the sunset without consequences for her decisions!
@KayaNews@JvanLogg Of course the question remains why did IDAC not investigate General Khan especially following rumours that he was involved in the Murray murders and given the evidence revealed on his personal devices??? Was Johnson protecting him????
@HomeAffairsSA So today we travel 200kms to collect my wife’s new ID card at Nedbank Kensington in Durban North to be told that collection is not possible because systems are offline!!! Clearly our taxes are not invested in world class digital systems!!!
@karynmaughan@AdriaanBasson Johnson should be compelled to complete her testimony at the commission before resigning. She needs to explain why she did what she did. She also needs to withdraw charges!
@pinkykhoabane By law a company has to appoint a Public Officer who is legally responsible for ensuring tax compliance and in order to do that the PO needs to access the accounts and financial statements. Subpoena the PO to provide them.
@karynmaughan Carrim is playing the commission. As a layman I have concluded that he is diagnosed with a psychiatric condition and if he is able to go walkabout, shopping, order meals at restaurants etc. he is functionally able to appear before the commission notwithstanding his diagnosis!
@TheRealClementM News24 nailed its colours to the wrong mast instead of reporting objectively on IDAC and publishing opinion pieces FOR and AGAINST IDAC they pursued and supported a corrupt narrative.
@AdriaanBasson@JvanLogg This is why I do not subscribe to News24. They are not independent, objective and free of bias in their reporting. They present opinions as news reports and this time they are caught on the wrong side of the fence!
@NPA_Prosecutes@DOJCD_ZA@mmkubayi What, you urge the public to continue to support IDAC, their abuse of prosecutorial power? Before you make such a demand you should discipline IDAC’s rogues!!!
@karynmaughan@NPA_Prosecutes@News24 After listening to Padayachee’s testimony, Johnson should hang her head in shame and resign forthwith at the blatant abuse of prosecutorial power by IDAC!
@MadiBoity@mheidtman IDAC must explain why it has not investigated and arrested Khan if it operates independently and dispenses justice without fear, favour and prejudice!
@MbalulaFikile Spin all you want. Clearly the ANC is scraping the barrel if it does not have members who are completely beyond reproach to appoint as Ministers. The corrupt ANC continues its corrupt ways!
@rzondo Following the rejection of the plea deal can IDAC’s judgement in this high profile factional policing battle be trusted to be in the interests of justice? It appears not!
@PresidencyZA@CyrilRamaphosa Clearly you and the ANC are not serious about renewal! Ethics and good governance are not part of your values. Disgraceful.
@fionaobeng IDAC claims to be independent and that it acts without fear, favour or prejudice! However, upon instruction from a higher authority, whom is not known, it withdraws warrants of arrest. Not so independent it seems.
