I trusted Ola Electric. Biggest mistake.

Gave my charger for warranty service in early Oct. It was “ready” but the Mahadevapura center didn’t return it for almost 2 months.

Calls ignored, excuses daily.

Because of their delay, my scooter went into deep discharge on 15 Nov.

Gave my Ola charger for repair at the Mahadevpura, Bangalore service centre. It took almost a month.
Went to collect it yesterday, was told it’ll be delivered today.
Now the staff Praveen (7975100396) won’t answer calls. This is unacceptable. Please resolve it

To make it worse, many people are receiving rejection emails with absurd reasons and being terminated from the offer altogether. This feels like a scam. Why run such offers if you can’t honor them? Absolutely unacceptable!

Really pathetic customer service and experience by Amazon and Godrej. I ordered a Godrej AC from amazon delivered on 13th April, it’s been 72 hrs since and my AC has not been installed. Third class service in Bangalore city.

@GodrejAppliance Now when I call the Godrej customer care and get the contact number of the service centre supervisor. He is saying he will install the AC by Thursday. What kind of nonsense service is this. Already you are 72hr late in providing service.
