Morons on Prowl at 31 Block Road #WestPatelNagar ,beware of such people creating a nuisance on public roads in the name of being #petlovers
They are often seen operating mobile phones with no concern to safety of #pets and people around.

@dcptwr traffic obstruction because of battery rickshaws and illegal parking on both sides in front Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Hospital Patel Nagar West especially during opd hours. Due to which it becomes almost impossible for pedestrian to walk.
