Hablo de lo que ocurre cuando tienes que compartir oficina, cumplir horarios, asumir responsabilidades y cooperar con ellos.

Seré directo, cuando alguien tiene al resentimiento como ideología (☭), termina desarrollando una personalidad para el trabajo altamente disfuncional.

Para ellos la responsabilidad se vuelve una carga y el esfuerzo ajeno algo a lo que llaman traición de clase.

Son el tipo de trabajadores que, ante la primera oportunidad, encuentran una excusa para hacer menos, llegar tarde, esquivar responsabilidades y exigir más de lo que realmente merecen.

Pero lo más interesante aparece cuando uno de sus propios compañeros empieza a destacar.

Ahí desaparece rápidamente la supuesta solidaridad entre trabajadores. Si alguien gana más o recibe un ascenso ellos no preguntan cómo pueden aprender de esa persona, preguntan cómo pueden sabotear a esa persona.

Y entonces aparecen las armas históricas del comunismo: la intriga, el desprestigio, el acoso y la difamación. No intentan superar al que destaca, intentan desacreditarlo.

Los trabajadores de Izquierda son de esos trabajadores que llegan últimos cuando comienza la jornada y son los primeros que salen cuando llega la hora de salida.

Y esa es la ley universal del trabajador de Izquierda: la ley del mínimo esfuerzo. Eviten relacionarse con ellos, su disfuncionalidad es casi tan peligrosa como su ideología.
