Owner’s pissed — wants her arrested.

Officer steps in with pure common sense and human decency: offers her a ride to the appointment and pays the owner $2, telling the owner he wishes he could arrest him.

I’m siding with the cop here.

But tell me — are you Team Owner on this one? She is using his electricity without permission. What’s your take?
