Byron Allen, Founder of Allen Media Group, explains how treating business like a contact sport unlocks unlimited capital:
Byron once borrowed $310 million on a Friday to acquire the Weather Channel. He paid it back in five months.
When the lender hit him with a $28 million prepayment penalty for closing too quickly, he paid that too.
His philosophy on why capital is never the real obstacle:
"Business is a contact sport. You're nothing more than economic athletes. They will see your passion. They will see your stats. And they will always want you on their team because you make them money."
The framing shift here is everything.
Byron sees founders as athletes whose performance is being evaluated by people who need them to win.
"You have unlimited amounts of capital available to you if your hustle is at the highest level."
@RealByronAllen drives the point home:
"Keep your hustle at the highest level because capital is always looking for you to get the money back and a return. There's trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars of capital looking for you. Go get it."
The takeaway: Capital is hunting for operators who can put up the stats. Hustle at the highest level, and the money will find you.
“The defendant who claims to be a freedom fighter has even caused more harm to his own people”
Ordering the closure of churches, schools and markets has continued to affect his own people.
Are these acts of the defendant consistent with the claim of self determination?
He is a terrorist and should be treated as one.”
Good riddance!
Yes, I’m talking to you Nnamdi Kanu🫵.
All his apologists should be thrown away with him and the key sent to the bottom of the sea where it could never be found.
Look, every single one of us is biased. The real question is:
Whose agenda are you promoting, and what are you getting out of it?
Because that's what's happening. We’re constantly trading our own biases for something else.
Let us say it louder now.
There is a language circulating among believers today that is not biblical. It did not come from the Lord. It did not come from the apostles. It came from fear-formed religion and emotional spirituality masquerading as revelation.
Examples-
“If you do ABC, satan will immediately do XYZ.”
“Satan will always try to counter your blessing.”
“Satan will make sure you fall when you are close to success.”
“Satan will attack you because of your destiny.”
“Satan can read your progress in the spirit.”
“Satan is a master strategist.”
“Satan knows how to wait patiently for the right moment.”
“Satan will always plot silently.”
“Satan can track your destiny.”
“Satan can...”
“Satan will...”
“Satan will always...”
“Satan knows...”
Do you realise none of this is scriptural?
Do you realise the Bible does not teach any of this?
The real question is simple:
Which Bible are we reading?
Whose voice are we echoing?
What Christ are we preaching?
Because the Christ of Scripture is clear:
“I SAW SATAN FALL LIKE LIGHTNING.”
Not walking.
Not strategising.
Not patiently calculating.
FALLING.
Instantly.
Publicly.
Violently.
Without recovery.
Jesus never said: “Study his strategies.”
“Decode his timing.”
“Understand his patience.”
He said: He is fallen.
He is judged.
He has nothing in Me.
Now look at the epistles.
When satan is mentioned, the tone is consistent:
• He is defeated (Colossians 2:15).
• He is under Christ’s feet (Ephesians 1:22).
• We are seated in Christ (Ephesians 2:6).
So if he is under Christ’s feet, and we are in Christ, under whose feet is he now?
Yet modern preaching talks as if satan is running the control room of the universe.
A defeated enemy becomes powerful again when your imagination resurrects him.
Now look at how the Lord responded when satan moved against Peter:
He did not say, “Let me teach you how to analyse satan’s strategy.”
He did not say, “Let us decode the sifting technology of darkness.”
He said:
“I have prayed for you that your faith should not fail.”
Not that satan should not sift.
Not that the event should not happen.
Not that satan is unstoppable.
Rather, Christ is a higher intelligence and the preservation of the believer is in faith, not satan-awareness.
Now look at Paul.
When a messenger of satan was sent to buffet him, the answer was not: “Paul, let us now examine the demonic assignment in detail.”
The answer was: “My grace is sufficient.”
It was grace that was emphasised.
Not the messenger of satan.
Not the mechanics of attack.
Not the intelligence of darkness.
Grace was louder.
Christ was larger.
The focus remained where the power is.
Then comes the most abused verse:
“We are not ignorant of his devices.” (2 Corinthians 2:11) pls read
This text has been used to justify demon intelligence briefings every Sunday.
Yet in context, Paul was speaking about forgiving a brother.
The “device” is bitterness.
Not marine spirits.
Not ancestral gates.
Not demonic strategy modules.
Paul was saying: If we refuse to walk in love, satan takes advantage of that breach.
That is all.
Where Scripture says stand, we have built surveillance systems.
Where Scripture says resist, we have written theologies of fear.
Where Scripture says give no place, we have built entire doctrines giving him centre stage.
The gospel is not a publicity ministry for satan.
No preacher is called to be satan’s analyst.
No believer is called to be a demon archivist.
The gospel is the revelation of Christ.
The life is found in Christ.
The victory is sustained in Christ.
The believer stands by Christ.
And Jesus Himself defined the entire essence of the Christian journey in one sentence:
“This is eternal life: that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.”
John 17:3
Not: “That they may study satan to survive.”
No.
The life is knowing God.
Once Christ is known, satan becomes a non-factor.
Because revelation of Christ does not only expose satan.
It cancels him.

I am saying this as honestly as possible—but nobody cares.
I remember the days of arguing Digital Marketing vs Growth Marketing vs Product Marketing.
My answer still remains the same. Nobody cares.
If your dream company is hiring for a GTM engineer and the job description is exactly what you can do, you apply. Simple.
If you look at the market and that’s the new title, you what? You position for it. Simple.
There were days when there was nothing like lifecycle marketing, or even product marketing, or CRM manager. But those roles still existed—just with a different name.
Nobody cares what your job title is—bear it and do the job. If GTM Engineering is what they’re hiring for in the market, and I can do it, then that is what I am. It’s not that deep.
Life evolves, technology evolves—and so will job titles. Best to accept it and work with it.
Now, that said.
————————
It is important to note that GTM engineering isn’t the same as marketing. In fact, it sits more closely in Sales/Outbound prospecting than marketing.
But since employers themselves mix it up anyway, nobody cares. You probably shouldn’t either tbh.
Ah toor!!!
@Tee_DikeE no be wetin I tell you dis morning be dis?
GTM engineering is simply technical marketing. It’s basically using tech to created an integrated marketing experience for consumers using multiple channels in such a way that events trigger automated drip campaigns that nudge users down your funnel. If you enter ‘GTM Engineering’ without understanding the people you are targeting deeply enough to predict their exact online behavior, you will fail and fail woefully.
The plenty names is why a lot of you are viewed as jokers. Today, growth hacker, tomorrow, lifecycle marketing expert, next week, GTM engineer. Your LinkedIn profile and X username changes every week according to the new trend in town. But you still don’t know jack about how humans think and behave. You think nomenclature will make you earn millions?
Ngwanu, goodluck and cheers to going round and round and round for years on end🥂

@Uzuakoliii@ABaba30036 Brother I’m so sorry. Why not try using sourcing agents? Back then, I’d use them because it was easier for them to act as my eyes and ears over there. Of course, it did come at a cost, but it was better.
so much of public discourse today is rewarding only the most dramatic, extremist takes and people are getting sucked in; everyone picking sides because they think they have to
and it is just so silly because in reality, most people’s daily lives happen in the middle, where common sense, compromise, nuance, and balance live
Scarcity isn’t “only 10 left.”
The strongest scarcity is identity.
Apple sold belonging.
GTBank sold forward-thinking.
Product scarcity = urgency.
Identity scarcity = loyalty.
And loyalty is what scales.
