Three weeks in and Arkansas is 122nd in scoring, 135th in rushing, 131st in sacks allowed and 119th in turnover margin.

At some point, “be patient” stops being a plan.

These aren’t unrealistic expectations. This is SEC football. Fans are allowed to expect a team that can run the ball, protect the quarterback, score points and take care of the football.

The standard has to be higher than this.

I understand the argument that firing Hunter Yurachek could create more instability. But at some point, “stability” becomes an excuse for accepting the same results.

Arkansas isn’t dealing with one bad Saturday or one disappointing season. This is about years of football decisions, millions of dollars invested, facilities, NIL, coaching changes and a fan base that continues to show up and write checks.

Leadership has to be accountable for outcomes.

The question shouldn’t be whether making a change creates risk. Of course it does.

The REAL question is:

How much longer is Arkansas willing to accept the results of the status quo because it’s afraid of the risk that comes with changing it?

Sometimes the bigger risk is doing absolutely nothing.

Nobody expected Silverfield to walk in and fix 15+ years of problems in three games. That’s not the point.

The paper bags and bitching aren’t the disease. They’re symptoms of a fan base that’s tired of being told to keep showing up, keep spending money, keep being patient, and keep accepting the same results.

Fans have supported this program through multiple coaches, rebuilds, embarrassing losses, price increases, reseating, and every version of “give it time.” At some point, support without accountability just becomes acceptance.

So tell me what the “way to fix it” is. Because if continuing to fill the stadium, spend the money, and quietly wait hasn’t fixed it for nearly two decades, I’m willing to hear and discuss the alternative.

Arkansas has been trying to fix the same football problem since 2007. 112-126 during that span.

Different coaches. Different coordinators. Different slogans. Different promises.

Same cycle.

At some point, you have to stop asking why the rebuild keeps failing and start asking why we keep needing another rebuild.

Razorback fans have poured their money, loyalty, and Saturdays into this program for decades while the people in charge have delivered excuses, embarrassing losses, and mediocrity.

Enough.

Don’t give us another committee. Don’t give us another five-year plan. Find out who failed, hold them accountable, give football what it needs to compete, and fix the damn thing.

Arkansas fans aren’t just tired of losing. Arkansas fans are pissed off about accepting it.

Arkansas’ offense was embarrassing today.

Three turnovers. Eight penalties. Couldn’t consistently run the ball against NORTH ALABAMA.

That’s not “working out the kinks.” That’s bad football.

If that’s the offense we’re taking into SEC play, buckle the hell up.
