Hello @BPCLimited, we have a LPG connection on my mother's name & unfortunately that has been blocked since 1 year. I checked with the distributor & he suggested as it is showing as duplicate connections, due to which it's been blocked. Later they asked me to submit the documents

Even I reached to sales officer then he asked to check with distributor. Finally I called to customer care & raised a ticket. But after couple of days they marked the ticket as resolved without any solutions. Please help me otherwise I will switch to other service providers.

Like ration card, Aadhaar, Passbook, etc so that they can resolve the issue. I had submitted the documents around a year back but still no luck. Every time the distributor is telling they have uploaded the documents and waiting for sales officer approval.
