Dans un contexte d’escalade dangereuse et d’intensification continue des attaques, Israël cible des zones résidentielles densément peuplées à travers le Liban, notamment dans la capitale Beyrouth, entraînant un nombre considérable de victimes civiles. Cette situation intervient malgré les efforts régionaux et internationaux déployés pour mettre fin aux hostilités et suscite de vives préoccupations quant au respect des principes du droit international.
Réaffirmant son attachement aux valeurs de dialogue et de paix, le Liban appelle ses partenaires et amis à agir au plus vite et soutenir toutes les initiatives visant à protéger les civils et à préserver la dignité humaine.
