@SamsungIndia I have already raised service request through customer support portal. If you all are serious about resolution and dont just look to appear goody goody on internet(fb, twitter, etc..) i am sure that request would be taken care. Once that is taken care will post here the status.
@ImPranav_G@SamsungIndia No, haven't received order till now and not sure when i'll receive it. Same pathetic unchanging response everyday this last whole week; we are actively monitoring and working to deliver the order.

If phone stays at shipping partner warehouse for a week or more, who will be responsible that my order is not tampered with?
Or, you are not bothered about everyday price range phones& consumers. And are only interested for customers in high price range category?

For company like Samsung and its staff, are you not having resources to make alternate shipping arrangements if current shipping partner cannot fulfill shipment? Or, has shipping partner lost my phone?
