Even with the best of caregivers, many of us didn't get our emotional needs met as a child. From a young age, we pick up conscious and subconscious messages that often stay with us well into adulthood.
What is something that you needed to hear as a child?
Say it louder for the people in the back 👏 Going to therapy is normal. Resting when you're tired is normal. Changing your mind is normal.
What else do you need to normalize today?
We weren't made to go through this life alone. Many of us were taught to toughen up and push our way through life's hardships. But in reality, we need each other.
