@Oreofe_06 @ThiagoUtdA It’s actually beyond just people littering. When waste collection, drainage maintenance, enforcement and proper disposal systems are inconsistent, the dirt quickly becomes overwhelming.

The hard spank waking her up was lucky, but I wouldn’t rely on that again. If someone cannot be properly awakened after taking medication, treat it as a medical emergency.

Her roommate had been sleeping since yesterday around 1 p.m. She had complained of body pain and stress, so she recommended a sleeping drug her dad uses. The girl bought it from a pharmacy and took it

She had been sleeping deeply ever since. They tried calling her name and waking her, but nothing worked.

I went in, called her name, tapped her and eventually gave her a really really hard spank.

She woke up.

The relief on her roommate’s face was something else

But honestly, this could have ended very differently. Please don’t recommend medication simply because it works for someone else.

This really made me remember my childhood friend. She’s no longer here today because she didn’t go to the hospital for her delivery.

She developed complications, and by the time she was taken to the hospital, it was already too late

Yesterday, I went to a clinic to present a case, and I witnessed something that really broke my heart.

A woman was carrying triplets
two girls and a boy. She was advised to deliver in a registered hospital, but she went to a midwife who was operating from a church setting.

Her husband had gone to work when the midwife called to tell him that she had delivered the first baby. Shortly after, the woman developed serious complications and needed immediate hospital care.

Her husband rushed her to the hospital, but by the time she arrived, it was already too late.

The first baby survived. The other two babies had died in her womb. Sadly, the mother also died.

Three babies were coming into the world. One survived, two were lost, and a mother lost her life too.

It was painful watching the husband and family trying to process everything.
