Having realised "gender" is nothing but confusion, I stopped using the word completely a few years ago. Not had any problems.

Yes, OBSESSIVELY observing preferred pronouns is problematic. So is obsessively refusing to. Both ways you are crediting language with a power it does not have.

@JoPhoenix1 I've been browsing r/transgenderUK. There's this great contradiction: threads on politics, Cass etc are full of "everyone here wants us dead!" Then a thread saying "I want to transition but I'm worried about hate" and the replies were all "oh don't worry, everyone's fine with it"

Post Cass the genderists seem to be splintering into 3 camps:

1. Denouncing it.
2. Claiming to support it while misrepresenting what it says.
3. Accurately reporting what it says & pretending to have always supported those things.

Bring it on guys. You all undermine each other.
