Kindiki may lose his seat as deputy P at State House by next week😯😱
"Mimi na William Ruto tumendanganya for 4 years. Sasa
tunaanza kazi."
DP. Kithure Kindiki...
Kumbe TSC appointment letters are being sold in state House?
Thank you Moses Wetangula. Do we need any other reason to end this.
Then is @TSC_KE independent?
Every time you hear people say, that Moses Wetangula will go down in history as the most corrupt, incompetent and useless speaker of the national assembly, they get vindicated by such statements.
Not even rural cattle dips are run the way he does the August house.
"Mimi ndio ninapeleka wabunge state house halafu William Ruto anawapatia barua kumi kumi za TSC amazon wao wanauzia wakenya kwa bei ya ksh400,000" Moses Wetang’ula
When the Speaker of the National Assembly says that TSC appointment letters are distributed from State House to politicians who later sell them to highest bidders or award them to their cronies then you know why every sector is rotten in Ruto's regime. This is not a government.
The fact that the President is giving MPs teachers’ employment letters is sad enough.
For Weta, the issue is that MPs are demanding money before handing out the letters. But that is not even the real problem.
Why does the President have teachers’ employment letters to distribute in the first place?
Employment is an administrative function that should be handled by the employer, not turned into a political favour distributed by MPs.
That is how you create patronage instead of public service.
Sifuna was right.
It is difficult to tell which one is worse, between employment letters being distributed only to regime-friendly MPs at State House, and those MPs subsequently selling them to wananchi.
But by saying this publicly, @HonWetangula has reminded the nation why @WilliamsRuto will never get the SOFTWARE of governance right.
Employment is now a factor of cronyism, favouritism and nepotism, all micromanaged by Ruto from State House.
What then is the work of state agencies like TSC, which are mandated to advertise and fill these vacancies?
Do they simply receive lists from State House?
Moses Wetang’ula admits on live camera that TSC letters are being issued at State House to MPs who later sell them.
In Kenya, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is the sole constitutional authority legally mandated to hire, employ, and manage teachers for all public primary, junior, and secondary schools."
