@wmata, is the A1X on a new route? The 7:11 AM bus to Pentagon City didn't go via Crystal City and the driver stated there's a new route. But a later bus did go via Crystal City!?

@Metrorailinfo , the blue line train with car 7614 towards Largo this morning 3/18 missed the stop in Crystal City! That was around 7:55 AM. It also stopped short at the Braddock Road station.

@wmata @MatthewUDC Please anticipate and add shuttles between Braddock and Pentagon City. Use the same *snow* route as the A1X (via US-1). Please have the shuttles leave ahead of schedule when full.

@wmata @Reagan_Airport Your staff at the airport doesn't seem aware of the express shuttles and recommended to people to take any bus. 30 minutes to go from the airport to Pentagon City. No traffic. Red light after right light. Packed bus.

@Spottnik Thanks. Next step (particularly on 35th SW): Having the push buttons for pedestrians at intersections work and, when working, triggering immediately the stop signal for cars rather than waiting minutes.

@slyfield4real @KingCountyMetro Right now, 45 minutes between 2 buses on the 21 route during peak commute hour. 30 minutes between 2 C buses.

@KingCountyMetro, any plans to make the digital display at the bus stops show accurate information? W/ 100s of route cancelled each day, you're not making it easy to use your buses. The sheer number of cancellations also makes your Transit Alerts service virtually useless...

@slyfield4real @KingCountyMetro Metro has clearly several systems. Texting the stop # to 62550 gives accurate results & takes into account cancellations. But it only gives data for a few immediate departures.

@slyfield4real @KingCountyMetro You mean the apps one has to pay for, on top of expensive bus tickets? Some of them use Metro's GPS feed and are not impacted, correct.

@slyfield4real @KingCountyMetro Wrong. From King County Metro Case # 00359692: "The supervisor stated It is likely the trip(s) did not get cancelled from the Transit Control Center software. [...] the reader boards or information signs still sees the bus in route and counts down to the arrival time."

@Spottnik Re: cars, the digital display on EMW, Southbound, around S Hanford, still shows the "bridge open for boats" pictogram, with "expect delays" underneath. That needs some tuning. @seattledot
