@FinPlanKaluAja1 he should pay at least a 3rd of the mortgage, and then buy the new car on a PCP contract, doesn’t need to put up all the amount , just a decent deposit. reducing the principal
of the morgage will also reduce his monthly payments.

@efearue I hear you and feel your pain. The best advice I can give is a) get a good lawyer to draft you proper T&Cs and b) disclose then upfront. This will avoid issues like these. What is not disclosed is not assumed
