주세요 = give me (polite language)

another verb + 줘 = do (that verb) for me (casual language)

You’ll hear these phrase a lot in lyrics.

ex)
기억해 줘. = Remember (it for me)
기다려 줘. = Wait (for me)
알아 줘. = Notice/acknowledge (something)

Today March 1st, is Korean Independent Movement day.
March 1st is actually a historically significant day in Korean history. It was one of the earliest public displays of Korean resistance during the time Japan ruled over Korea.
