In fact, CTF Reserve Force indicates a shift from its previously held neutral stance by effectively attempting to secure the strategically important Tripoli southern entry route upon IGNU PM/ Defence Minister Dbeibah request i.e. against GNS supporting armed actor entry attempts.

IGNU MoD August 10 instructed CTF Reserve Force securing of the wider Tripoli International Airport (TIP) area followed by August 16 implementation. Contrary to speculation there are limited indications of neutrality by this action.
