If you are a founder considering potential names for your startup, tools like @DotWeekly DotWeekly Brand Match (https://t.co/CpLRFekS0D) provides a wealth of data to consider. Let me demonstrate with specific example ⤵️
DNX (https://t.co/FiHZzrVxoJ) is also very helpful for searching. However, marketplace coverage is not as broad. Same name using DNX Search, gave these (although the Explore on same name showed GD/Afternic). 3/3
They would not all fit in one capture (e.g. HugeDomains, NamePros, etc. also included), but this shows some of the marketplaces covered by DomDB. I have no association with site, just find it useful. 2/2
If you are an end user looking to secure a domain name, DomDB (https://t.co/2e61wP3Fe4) covers many different marketplaces and will show price comparisons. e.g. here is listing for one of my domain names. 1/2

Strike (.co) sells for $150,000.00 using NamePros Landers! 🎉
Thanks to 0% commission and $0 fees, that's as high as ~$45,000 extra dollars in the seller's pocket, compared to 30% commission elsewhere.
More details on the sale in threads at NamePros.
Congratulations to the buyer and seller!
Someone asked me recently what the difference between "At the Start" and "As a Prefix" is for keyword placement, because they sound like the same thing.
I figured I would answer here as well in case anyone has the same question, as it's one of our more innovative and powerful search features.
"At the Start" doesn't care what comes after it, so if you search "ez" and "At the Start" it might come up with "Ezekiel" or "eZine".
"As a Prefix" makes sure the remainder is a word, so it would only come up with things like "ezWallet" or "ezPay" (ez+word). It works for anything, not just common prefixes like "i" or "e".
The same obviously applies to "At the End" vs "As a Suffix". If you search for "ville" and "At the End" it might come up with something like "VisitLouisville", while searching it "As a Suffix" would only come up with things like "Farmville" or "Foodville" (word+ville).
As a bonus tip for those of you still reading, you can use a % in the keyword field as a wildcard. So for example you can search "the%store" (without quotes) and find things like "TheFlowerStore" or "TheBestCountryStore".
Friday Domain Appraisal
Share "ONE" #domain name you’d like me to provide a non-monetary appraisal for. I will rate the name on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest.
This rating is not legal, financial, or investment advice. It is strictly my personal opinion. GO!
Now that payment has been received here's a sale from this week.

For those of you in @domainpro's Discord, you may have heard yesterday about a brief experiment I'm trying.
My theory is Afternic brokers are inundated with leads, so when an initial offer comes in well below list price they don't pursue it like I (or the seller) would.
