Charlie Kirk is my hero. He inspired me to start going to church, to reconsider who I spend time with, to get more involved at my college and do more with others. He changed my life, and I hope to one day thank him face to face in Heaven. Pray for the Kirk family today.
Someone like this absolutely should not be a pastor giving care to troubled kids, teenagers, young adults, and families. Pray for Richard's repentance because a lot of this is truly wicked. The sinfulness of the mainlines has gotten to him, a reminder to avoid them at all costs.
In honor of Richard "Zoomer"s latest Discord crashout (banning people for criticizing the liberal ELCA), here's some more reasons to find a better guy to listen to (or to lead the "reconquest" of the mainline church!)
Picture thread, starting off with his novel use of "schism."
He was killed at least in part due to his faith and during a debate involving an issue of Christian sexual ethics. He's a Christian martyr by definition.
Trump cannot impound the money; it has already been spent by Congress. The money shouldn't be "open" to married, SAH moms, it should exclusively go to them. That would be a way of reversing the awful legacy of LBJ (promoting deadbeats).
My main point was mostly to emphasize that kanji's VA being an alleged gay pdf was probably the best catalyst for boycott. This is especially since most dubbing selection nowadays is based on nepotism, networking, and corruption rather than talent or merit.
@ReverousSix I've seen films in Italian, Chinese, Korean, French, German, Swedish, and other languages I can't recall atm. My favorite director is Federico Fellini.

@EvensongEnjoyer That reminds me, Genesis 1:2 is also messed up in the NABRE and NRSV. ik why the NRSV is messed up but it's strange that a distinctly catholic translation like the NABRE would remove prophetic language and OT trinitarian references.
Japan just told the foreigners who built lives here, who learned the language, paid the taxes, raised the kids, buried the years — you were too slow. No permanent residency. Not because you didn’t earn it, but because it’s easier to blame 3% of the population than to answer for thirty years of decline.
It’s a good short-term play. Scapegoats always poll better than self-examination. But the rot was never the foreigners — it was three decades of the LDP running the country like a family business, cronies first, everyone else an afterthought.
One day the math will catch up. People will look around and ask how it all fell apart. But by then the answer will be sitting in Singapore, or Berlin, or back home — because the smart ones don’t wait around to be blamed for a mess they didn’t make. They just leave. Quietly. And they don’t come back.
