Although restrictions have been lifted today, we have been instructed by Public Health England that we must keep the same protocols as before.

This will include wearing a mask whilst in the clinic and staff will continue to wear the appropriate PPE with extensive cleaning.

We are thrilled to announce that Optimum Performance will be opening their doors again from today. We will only be able to see injury and pain management type appointments; unfortunately we will not be providing sports massage appointments at the moment.
