No One Killed Vishal 💔

Today Mavelikkara Court has left off all 19 accused in Murder of ABVP activist Vishal Kumar.

Vishal was hacked to death in broad daylight in Chengannur by CFI activists in Chengannur Christan College on 16th July 2022. He was part of the ABVP team organising program to welcome new students. CFI is a student organisation of Banned Terrorist organisation PFI.

After the verdict ABVP Kerala has vowed to fight till justice is served to Victim Vishal. They have alleged that "the case was deliberately weakened by successive Cong led UDF and CPIM led LDF Govt to help the accused including the delay of 5 months to arrest Accused No 1. Also noted out how Key Witnesses including SFI - CPIM Student unit and KSU - Cong Student Unit changed their initial statement to help the Accused in getting away without being punished. They also vowed to expose the Nexus who tried to deny justice to Vishal."

Acquittal of Vishal raises clear cut questions on competency of Crime Branch and also raises questions on CPIM and Cong as why their student organisation leaders changed their statements to help the accused and are they hand in glove with CFI - PFI. Also is appeasement politics so more important than justice to the victim. Also will Vishal Murder Case be taken up by National Media and demand accountability with Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan.
