OrbiStocks : Gravity for tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain. πͺ
The same stock token can trade across multiple USDG and WETH pools at different fee tiers. As liquidity shifts, prices diverge. OrbiStocks brings pricing, arbitrage, basket construction, and execution incentives into one coordinated platform.
Its architecture connects five core components:
β’ Atomic arbitrage engine : Quotes flash-funded cycles across two to four pools and executes them in a single transaction. Unprofitable cycles revert. Successful cycles direct 10% of profit to the treasury, with the remainder retained by the caller.
β’ Orbits : ERC-20 baskets backed by fixed quantities of two to twelve supported stock tokens. Users mint by supplying the underlying units and redeem for those units, with Chainlink-derived net asset values and flash-mint arbitrage designed to address deviations between basket prices and underlying value.
β’ Oracle Book : Stock-token listings across nine discount levels below Chainlink reference marks. Buyers settle in USDG, taking the deepest discounts first through all-or-nothing fills.
β’ Vault : USDG deposits receive ovUSDG shares, with earnings dependent on profitable engine cycles executed by permissionless runners.
β’ Bounty Desk : Funded incentives reward successful cycles through selected stock tokens, directing keeper activity toward specific markets.
Efficient tokenized markets require a connection between observable price differences, executable trades, and incentives for participants to act : $ORBISTOCKS

Say it plainly.
Profit is not guaranteed; another runner can take the gap first and your cycle reverts. Gap rounds can lose the whole stake. The vault moves only when runners run.
Put in what you can afford to have stuck or lost.

Select a stock on the index and its pools open under it.
Per pool: spread to the true price, depth on each side, fee tier.
Right now INTC is the tightest orbit, both pools within 3 bps.

Every fee:
Engine: 10% of profit
Oracle arb: 10% of profit
Book: 0.25% of cost, buyer pays
Gap: 1% of the losing pool
Desk: 2% of each reward
Vault: 10% of a run's profit to the runner
Nothing on principal. Each capped in the contract.

Paste an orbio API key, pick a model, ask about the current drifts. orbio charges your own credits; the key stays in your browser.

On an ex-dividend date the listing opens lower and the feed follows.
A pool that does not reprice is now above the true price. That is a cycle the engine can run.
Dividend watch lists feed age, pool gaps and ex-dates from Nasdaq.

Eight anchored feeds, one call.
/api/agent/feeds returns each Chainlink price, its update time, its age in seconds and a fresh flag. Fresh means printed within three days.
Right now all eight last printed on Friday and count as fresh.

How the score is built:
100
minus 1 point per 4 bps of the worst pool's drift (cap 50)
minus a depth penalty under 100k USD
minus an anchor penalty: no feed, or a feed over a day old
minus 10 below two live pools

The vault depends on runners.
If nobody runs cycles, the share price stays put. No lock-up, no fees on the way in or out; withdrawals cannot be paused.
Nothing is guaranteed. The vault gains only when a runner finds a cycle that pays.

The runner board shows what the vault could run right now.
Each row is a cycle quoted by the engine with the bounty the runner would keep. Run sends one transaction; profit goes to the vault, or it all reverts and nothing moves.

Pay the keepers to watch your stock.
Post a bounty on an anchored stock: reward per run, budget, expiry up to 30 days.
Every desk run through that stock pays the reward on top of the cycle's profit. 2% of each reward to the treasury.

Honest note on gap rounds.
Pari-mutuel: the losing side pays the winning side, less 1%. A stake on the wrong side is lost; thin rounds pay little. An equal print or an empty side refunds everyone.
Monday's open is 13:30 UTC.

Who settles a gap round?
Anyone, once the feed prints after the settle time (Monday's open, 13:30 UTC). Up wins above the reference, down below. Winners claim stake plus a share of the losing pool.

Deposit USDG, receive ovUSDG.
Anyone can run engine cycles through the vault. The engine borrows from the pools, not the vault; profit lands in the vault and the runner keeps a 10% bounty.
Share price moves only when a run pays.

Can I redeem an orbit if a feed is down?
Yes. Redeeming in kind returns the units of each stock and reads no feed at all.
Minting rounds units up; redeeming rounds them down. Nothing else is taken.
