@MifflinTrades Yeah ATHs can switch regimes from calm/confident to uncertain /volatile quickly

Ive found ES is more compressed right now and NQ has some more opportunities to capture

Regardless Im finding this regime to be low vol and migrating slowly in a compressed manner, not ideal

Intraday markets at times follow patterns in flows/structure and normally those patterns are clustered

Indicators etc are byproducts trying to interpret markets in there own logic

Had both high and low vol environments this week. Personally chose to de-risk and stay cautious —

Didn’t see many quality opportunities & no reason to burn out in conditions like these.

Didn’t want to get too involved today with FOMC later and vol picking up a bit. Book’s been trading oddly recently, expected fades off this week’s action.

Been spending more time researching liquidity, positioning, etc — will probably post some research later today or tomorrow

Liquidity isn't flashy, but it's still one of the underlying structures in any given market.

Liquidity = a market's ability to absorb orders without moving price. Not volume.

Didn't learn much new things & also wont go in depth I don't see value in studying micro liquidity.

@dontbsalti Yeah the surface may freeze for 2-5 seconds at times on MW6, but Ive heard it's much more reliable.

Idk about speed tho most platforms are similar speed & data
