The hardest pill for women to swallow is that average men love us far more unconditionally than we love them. A regular guy making a standard wage will gladly date a woman with zero income, pay for her meals, and support her dreams without ever making her feel inadequate. But the exact second an average-earning man loses his job or hits a financial rough patch, a massive percentage of women instantly lose respect and look for an exit. We demand unconditional loyalty, but only offer conditional love.
That sex part always makes me laugh because I vividly remember when my wife turned me down for sex many times after minor disagreements. Every time she said no, I simply replied, “Okay,” and moved on.
She then started going through my phone at night to see if I was cheating. She found nothing. You should have seen the frustration on her face. She became so restless.
Later, when she was finally ready to have sex, I turned her down many times too. She almost went crazy. Ever since then, once I say I’m ready, she’s ready too.
One thing I will never do is beg for sex. I’m a very good-looking man, got no worries.
It is sad the extent to which human beings can go for social media views and clicks, sometimes outrightly endangering the lives of people they claim they love.
From a medical personnel point of view, Cute Abiola exposed his wife to harm by his presence in the theatre during her Caeserean Section.
He was there without a surgical mask which contravenes everything medicine stands for
Surgical masks in the theatre prevents surgical site infection. The nose and upper respiratory tract contain billions of bacteria like staphylococcus aureus which poses a great risk to the surgical site. Risk of spread is even higher if you are talking during the surgery , as he was in the video. When you see surgeons cover their nose and mouth, they are not doing it for aesthetics . They are doing so to protect the patient. Cute Abiola being in the OR with his wife’s abdomen open and his nose and mouth open, put his wife in harm’s way.
Moreover the position he was staying during the surgery is exclusively the position of an anesthesiologist . The anesthesiologist must stay at the head of the patient throughout the surgery. This ensures that any abnormal lapse in consciousness is spotted immediately and flagged for emergency response. So many things could have gone wrong by him taking over the position of the anesthesiologist just for views, clicks and social media awwww
The surgical team should be arrested.
Cute Abiola himself should be arrested.

*OUTRAGE IN OOUTH SAGAMU: NARD DEMANDS JUSTICE, ORDERS IMMEDIATE ACTION OVER BRUTAL ASSAULT ON FEMALE HOUSE OFFICER*
*The Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) expresses its strongest outrage and unequivocal condemnation of the shocking and barbaric physical assault on a female House Officer at Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital (OOUTH), Sagamu.*
This horrifying incident, reportedly carried out by a group of about *seven men alleged to be students of Gateway ICT Polytechnic, Saapade,* represents a gross violation of human dignity, professional sanctity, and the safety of healthcare workers. The victim; an innocent, dedicated young doctor, was singled out and brutally attacked following the unfortunate loss of a patient at the Accident & Emergency unit, after being identified as one of the team members that attended to the lost patient.
This is not only unacceptable—it is intolerable.
Hospitals are sanctuaries of healing, not battlegrounds of violence. It is deeply disturbing that doctors, who continue to render selfless service under extremely challenging conditions—including delayed remuneration and overwhelming workloads, are now subjected to physical harm while discharging their duties. Such acts strike at the very heart of our healthcare system and must be met with firm and decisive action.
In light of this grievous incident, the Leadership of NARD hereby declares as follows:
*1. Immediate downtool:*
In line with our zero-tolerance stance on assaults against our members, all NARD members at OOUTH Sagamu including House Officers, are hereby directed to embark on an immediate withdrawal of services until safety assurances are guaranteed.
*2. Demand for Justice:*
We call for the urgent identification, arrest, and prosecution of all individuals involved in this heinous act. Justice must not only be done but must be seen to be done.
*3. Institutional Accountability:*
The Management of Gateway ICT Polytechnic, Saapade, must take immediate steps to collaborate with security agencies to ensure the perpetrators are apprehended and appropriately sanctioned. Furthermore, they must take responsibility for the actions of their students, including covering the full cost of medical care and providing adequate compensation to the assaulted doctor.
*4. Strengthening Hospital Security:*
We call on the Management of OOUTH Sagamu to urgently overhaul and reinforce security architecture within the hospital premises. Proactive measures must be instituted to prevent a recurrence, alongside addressing all welfare concerns affecting our members to promote a safe and conducive working environment.
The Leadership of NARD stands firmly in solidarity with the entire Congress of OOUTH Sagamu and fully supports all decisions taken in response to this incident. Failure to meet these demands promptly will compel escalation to a regional and national industrial dispute.
We extend our deepest sympathy to our assaulted colleague and wish her a swift recovery; physically, emotionally, and professionally. NARD remains committed to ensuring her safety, dignity, and justice.
Finally, we call on government at all levels to urgently prioritize the protection of healthcare workers and enforce strict penalties against acts of violence in healthcare settings. The safety of doctors is non-negotiable. An injury to one is an injury to all.
Enough is Enough.
Healthcare workers must be protected.
Justice must prevail.

The biggest lie society sells us is that women are the "emotional" gender and men are the "logical" ones. When you actually look at the dating market, the reality is the exact opposite.
Men are the true romantics. Women are the pragmatists.
A successful man, a CEO, a lawyer, a doctor will happily marry a woman who works as a cashier, a waitress, or is completely unemployed. He doesn't care about her status, her network, or her bank account. He marries her simply because she brings him peace, she is kind, and she makes him smile.
He loves her for who she is, not what she can do for him.
Now flip it. Ask a successful woman to marry a kind, loving, loyal man who works as a cashier.
The answer is almost always a hard "No."
Suddenly, "love" isn't enough. Suddenly, she needs "ambition." She needs "security." She needs a man on her level or higher.
A woman rarely falls in love with a man’s soul; she falls in love with his trajectory. She loves what he can provide, where he can take her, and the lifestyle he unlocks.
Men grow up thinking love is a fairy tale. They project their own capacity for unconditional love onto women. They think, "If I give her my heart, she will have my back."
They learn the hard way that female love is performance-based. The moment he loses the job, the moment the confidence wavers, or the moment he stops being "useful," the "romance" evaporates.
We call men "dogs" and "players," but men are the only ones willing to bet their entire lives on a partner who brings nothing to the table but her presence. Women love with a calculator in their hand. Men love with their eyes closed. And that is exactly why men are the ones who get destroyed they are trying to play a game of hearts with a gender that is playing a game of chess.
When I hear the people saying “oh you guys should discuss your roles before you enter marriage”, I laugh.
Because it’s either you’re not married or you’re not even living this thing we call life
Because one thing you will discover very quickly is that life will life always
And the best thing that can happen to you when life is lifing is to have a partner that can shapeshift and become what is needed for that season
How would we have planned to find ourselves in a new country where my husband can only work 20hours because policy changed?
How do you plan for policy change that was not even in your country
Will I say I won’t work and have my salary go to almost 80 percent of the bills between agreed he’ll be the primary provider?
How was I supposed to know tha I would have post partum high blood pressure after my baby and get vision so blurry I could not make my way around the kitchen
Will my husband not enter kitchen because we agreed I would do all the cooking?
Life happens
Seasons change
Sometimes your spouse is out of A Job and you need to hold down the fort
Will you be doing my money is my money then?
Or you’ll not change diaper when your wife is exhausted because in your village men don’t do child care?
Marriage is not by force oo
If you don’t want to morph, stay single and rigid.
@Living_JustCus@nkanga31 The fact that you don't see us cry doesn't mean we are not pained.
Yes you might see us smile the next moment, that's a mask, to give hope to the next person.
Since the conversation has inevitably drifted back to splitting bills in marriage, here’s my own conclusion.
If there is something you CAN do to make your partner’s life easier, and you refuse to do it to the best of your ability, you don’t love them and they should dump your ass as soon as possible.
Whether it’s washing plates, or giving them your paycheck, or waking up to cook at 4am, the whole point of love is that everything you have and are, is spent in pursuit of making the lives of your loved ones better.
The idea that you know that waking up to cook at 4am for your husband will make his life better or easier and you refuse to do it Or keeping your paycheck when you know your household needs the money, is practically madness to me.
If you know you cannot do this, don’t date them and don’t marry them.
Understand this, and every 50-50 argument becomes redundant.
💔 Her only son… and she, a widow.
And yet, there is silence from leadership.
While the land mourns, politicians are busy preparing for another term in office.
Jos… oh Jos, land of my birth,
your soil is stained with the blood of the innocent.
May God arise and bring judgment upon the wicked who rejoice in your sorrow.
Straight out of House Job I went to do night locum in a facility for 8k for the entire night.
Mid way into the call a pregnant woman came in with labour pains, I assessed and she was in active phase labour.
The nurse on duty was a skilled nurse, she took the delivery by past 1am, mother and baby alive and well, I went to sleep only for her to wake me up later, the woman's pad was soaked with blood.
I knew the devil has come for me, finally assessed it was a cervical tear😭
Omo what do I do? I called the Obstetrician attached to the hospital and he said something I will never forget " Doc it is 2am, you don't expect me to leave my house by this time, find a way and arrest that haemorrhage".
Omo everywhere first blurr, it was doing me to return the 8k and tell the owner I am not doing again, if I had a car I would have drove the woman to the teaching hospital cos it wasn't far.
That night I suffered, I was finally able to use clamps and arrest the haemorrhage because I saw one of my chiefs did once during HJ.
Every 30mins I was asking the woman, "Madam hope eye nor dey turn you"? She would say no.
So when people say men should leave Obstetrics and Gynaecology for women I just believe they don't really know how stressful and demanding it is.
A Gen Z joined the team.
Week one.
During onboarding, the manager said,
“We sometimes stay late during peak periods.”
Gen Z nodded.
Then asked,
“Is that paid… or just expected?”
The room went quiet.
- No attitude.
- No rebellion.
- Just a question.
Later that day, HR mentioned “growth opportunities.”
Gen Z replied,
“Does growth include raises, or just more responsibility?”
Again, silence.
- No laziness.
- No entitlement.
- Just clarity.
That’s when the team realized something.
When people say
“Gen Z is lazy,”
what they really mean is:
Gen Z watched old generation
- skip meals,
- miss birthdays,
- work weekends,
- and burn out
only to be told
“budgets are tight”
and “be grateful you have a job.”
So Gen Z chose differently.
- They don’t romanticize overwork.
- They don’t confuse suffering with ambition.
- They don’t trade health for praise.
They still work hard.
They just refuse to work for nothing.
It’s not laziness.
It’s pattern recognition.
And honestly,
after everything old generation went through…
Can you really blame them?
@Teeniiola Any woman bold enough to slap a man should be bold enough to take the same slap back. Strength differences in gender don’t make violence one-sided. Respect works both ways.
HOW DID WE GET HERE?
1. My son, currently in 400 Level Medicine and Surgery scored 333 in JAMB but his name did not even APPEAR on the Admission List. I was later told by the Institution that, my son could be offered Micro Biology. I told the Registrar of the institution POINT BLANK that, "I have spent HUGELY (Several Millions of Naira) to get my Son to this Point of Entry (PoE) to become a Medical Doctor and not to become a Biology Teacher through her offer of Micro Biology. This Registrar was so MEAN. She simply told me, we are very sorry, Micro Biology is the BEST we can OFFER your son.
2. At this Juncture, I proceeded to JAMB Headquarters, Abuja to meet with Prof. Oloyede who swiftly asked for my son's JAMB details, punched these details into his laptop and everything concerning the university came up on his screen.
3. Prof. Oloyede said and I quote: "Dr. Muyiwa Kayode, please go back home and sleep with your two eyes closed. From what I am seeing on my screen, your son is No.3 on the List of Medicine and Surgery of this institution with a JAMB SCORE of 333 which comes behind two other JAMB scores of 348 & 334 respectively. Unfortunately, none of these chaps, including your Son (i.e JAMB Score 348, 334 and 333) made the Admission List"
4. Prof. Oloyede continued and I quote: "Dr. Muyiwa Kayode, in SANE countries, this Institution should have sent the College Driver with an official vehicle to go and fetch your son from Ekiti to campus having projected himself into the MERIT LIST of this Institution but unfortunately, the endemic corruption in these institutions will just not allow them to follow Due Process"
5. Right in my presence, Prof. Oloyede put a call through to the Vice Chancellor of this Institution, setting his phone on speaker and spoke angrily at the Vice Chancellor, lamenting on the endemic corruption under his nose as it concerns university admission. This Vice Chancellor apologized to Prof. Oloyede saying what has just happened must have been an ERROR of OVERSIGHT on the part of his Management Team & promised Prof. Oloyede that he will personally ensure the Error of Oversight is corrected.
6. Within 24 hrs of that conversation between Prof. Oloyede and the Vice Chancellor, my son checked the university's Admission Portal and discovered his name has been INCLUDED as Number Three on the admission list while the names of the other chaps that scored 348 & 334 also appeared on the admission list as Number One and Number Two respectively.
7. The good news in all of these is that, my son that would have been CRIMINALLY denied admission ab-initio now TOPS his class with a G.P.A of 4.85
This is neither Federal nor State government doing... Every sector of the economy in Nigeria is corrupt.

You cooked up an elaborate violent story of being raped which you know never happened. You told this lie and even spiced it up with tears.
Then you made up a fake account to chat with yourself as if it was the attacker.
Then you went to a hospital and claimed you drank sniper trying to kill yourself.
Then you started asking for public donations, as a result of an elaborate hoax you totally made up.
This was well planned, well thought, well executed and well crafted. This is the masterful handiwork of a deranged lunatic psychopath.
How can a human being be this devilish???
I will never forget the first Caesarean section I assisted as a house officer.
The patient was HIV positive, I had only a face mask, no googles or face shields and mid way during the surgery I was told to apply fundal pressure.
During the process blood splashed on my face, while the nurses empathised with me and one of them quickly soaked gauze with spirit to clean the blood, what the junior registrar told me broke me, he said I quote.
"Don't be young and overzealous"
After the surgery I left the theatre angrily, and made a vow to myself, to work within my professional limit.
If the right PPE are not available, I'm not touching the patient, cos should anything happen to you, you become a statistic and the world moves on.
*THE JANUARY NEC MEETING*
Distinguished NARDites,
(Reading all comments as in the picture above 🤣🤣)
_What really happened?_
_12 hours of extensive deliberations_
_What did NEC resolve_
I want to start by apologizing to NARDites for the late write up. The week has been very busy, upon the already hectic schedule of following up #TICS. Channels and Arise called for interviews tonight and tomorrow morning but i am too exhausted to be in Abuja today.
In the 12 hours of extensive deliberations, over 15 motions moved without counter motions and all resolutions reached unanimously, The NEC Meeting only had a 45 minutes recess in between.
*LOKOJA 5 (+2)*
4 months ago, this matter was dead and buried. After series of ultimata, a 29 day strike, an MoU, 2 federal government committees, the National Assembly, the Vice President’s intervention, the FMOH&SW finally resolved to convert all their terminations to reprimands and letters of undertaking (already written). This approval is in possession of the NARD Secretariat. This approval and conveyance was read to our Lokoja colleagues and the NEC during multiple NEC meetings. The NEC resolved its time to start pursuing their emoluments. What is now been sorted out is where they will resume. They’re to get their reinstatement letters and duty resumption/posting together. The NOC shall be in Abuja for that. *REINSTATEMENT WAS THE MINIMUM DEMAND ON THE 19-POINT DEMAND AND THE MoU*
*PAT and SA*
While the above has been captured in the budget, while the FMOH&SW + OAGF has okayed its implementation, it has not been captured in January Salary. The NEC granted till February ending to the NARD NOC for its implementation otherwise, we lift the suspension on commencing TICS 2.0. On SA, it is centrally being pushed to be paid but any centre that can engage its management can begin to do so. Just like JUTH. RELEASE AND IMPLEMENTATION WAS THE MINIMUM ON THE 19 -POINT DEMAND*
*PROMOTION AND SALARY ARREARS*
This over 5 years arrears is before The FMOF and the Minister of Finance. They are to give NARD a payment plan. NEC graciously has given till February ending. *SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT IS THE MINIMUM DEMAND*
*2022/2023/2024/2025 SUPPLEMENTARY MRTF* (outstanding) :- PAID YESTERDAY
*25/35% OUTSTANDING ARREARS*
DUFUTH ABAKALIKI, FUHSTH OTUKPO and JUNE 2023 for UDUTH SOKOTO ALL PAID. The remaining centers have some with names of members who already had gotten the arrears submitted as omissions. NARD Secretariat to work with IPPIS within 2 weeks to clarify and get those paid.
*WORKHOUR AND LOCUM REGULATION*
Committee given 3 months, work has started.
*MEMBERSHIP RECATEGORISATION/POST PART 1 CERTIFICATION BY NPMCN*
Prof Muhammad Raji Mahmud, CMD NHA to chair the committee to resolve the matter in 8 weeks.
*NARD WELFARE AND HEALTH POLICY FOR MEMBERS*
The policy proposal was presented, NEC reviewed it, ratified it unanimously and approved N1000 from the capitation be made available for this project. If interested in the details, I’ll oblige.
OTHER INITIATIVES FOR THIS YEAR
i. NARD Multipurpose Cooperative Society
ii. NARD Printing Press/Business Centre
iii. NARD Water Bottling Company
iv. NARD Corporate Desk (7 partnerships with corporate entities currently at the stage of MoU drafting and signing
All of the above were deliberated upon, motions moved and unanimously passed on the floor of NEC.
I want romance. I want intimacy. I want the 2 am love making. I want consistency, loyalty. I want the random looks of admiration. I want to know you're just for me. I want date nights. I want love so pure and true. I want it because I can return it.
Your habits are louder than your prayers. And it’s affecting you negatively.
Prayer is powerful. Prayer is effective. But prayer is not magic. You can’t abracadabra your way with prayer.
You cant pray for good health, then turn around and eat junk every day.
You cant pray for financial breakthrough, yet keep taking loans to fund luxuries.
You can’t pray for wisdom, yet ignore correction and repeat the same mistakes.
You can’t pray for a strong marriage, yet flirt with every man/woman that smiles at you.
Prayer does not override patterns.
Look at your daily routine. Not your church attendance. Not your prayer points.
Your habits reveal what you truly believe. They expose who you truly are.
If you truly believed your body is God’s temple, you would treat it with care.
Prayer only aligns you internally. Habits determines your outcomes.
Many people are not being tested by God or by their village people. They are being exposed by their habits.
You just don’t rise to the level of your prayers. You fall to the level of your habits.
Conquer the habits contradicting your prayers.
