@CoachJonBeck So what you say should be true except when the coach has his head so far up some parents asses the rules do apply to them I've seen it many times
@CubbieBlue5@CoachJonBeck You are so right the coaches that have to win at all cost have no business in that field I've seen it time after time in our city and it makes me sick funny thing is if they earn their players respect the winning comes naturally
Coaching is a service industry. How kids experience coaching does more good or more damage than most people can imagine. How coaches make kids feel impacts many areas of their lives: how they learn/grow, their perception of authority & in turn, their futures. Serve the kids well!
@jamescfoote I've watched alot of coaches over the years and Ryan Ward is the very best bar none he cares about his players and the players guve him their best
A good coach can make or break a kid’s mentality, especially when they’re young. Coaches will either strive to instill a love for the game & promote the spirit of competition or cause kids to feel frustrated which inevitably leads to quitting. Be aware of your big impact on kids!
@LakersLax 15 Seniors that is why Prior Lake has a successful team year after year some coaches don't take the time to develop players and dump on seniors keep up the good work PL.
