Steroids & inhaler make my heart race so no ADHD meds while I'm on them. It's just too uncomfortable. Very flakey this week.

Went to the doctor. Sinus infection & bronchitis. Had breathing treatment - worked wonders. Picking up meds and then trying to rest.
