ਕਿਸ��ਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਕੀਟਨਾਸ਼ਕ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਲਾਜ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਬਿੱਲ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।

किसानों को सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि पेस्टिसाइड पोइज़निंग होने पर किसानों को उपचार मिलने की व्यवस्था के प्रावधान भी इस विधेयक में शामिल हो।

पेस्टिसाइड से हानि होने पर आर्थिक मुआवजा किसानों का अधिकार है।

किसानों को अपनी मांगे विधेयक बनते समय ही लिखित में सरकार के सामने रखनी होगी । जिससे

1. सरकार प्रावधान ही किसानो की मांगो को ध्यान में रख के बनाएगी।
2. टकराव नहीं होगा।
3. ये कोर्ट में किसानो के हितों की रक्षा करेगा।

यही समय है कि सरकार को, पेस्टिसाइड से हानि होने पर, किसानों के लिए मुआवजे का प्रावधान करने के लिए कहा जाए।

इसे तबतक रीट्वीट करें जबतक ये मांग सरकार तक नहीं पहुँचती।

BJP govts at centre and in states have tried numerous tricks/tactics to end farmers' agitation without fulfilling the farmers' legitimate demands. There is no reason why a govt should not or cannot accede to the demands. Farmers will continue to fight.

Well, one is forced to ask this question, after 7 months of continuous, large peaceful protests of farmers, with the government not agreeing to repeal of unwanted, anti-farmer laws despite more than 520 farmers getting martyred so far.
