@Malimum17 @8415_n You said it all. I do what I can and have my own three German shepherds plus a new foster GSD. I try to tell myself that I made a difference to those dis I’m fostering but I keep looking at all the ones I couldn’t save. It’s difficult and frustrating. Sometimes it feels hopeless.

@naturelife_ok To everyone saying this is fake, that cry is an involuntary grief response that’s nearly impossible to reproduce deliberately. Even trained actors struggle to replicate it. I lost my dog unexpectedly and made the exact same sound. You don’t forget what real grief sounds like.

@Leannelewis1971 @naturelife_ok I’m sure he cleaned the dog up first, then held them without gloves. People handle death differently. I’d do the same if my dog passed and there was urine or feces. Clean them up, give them that last moment of dignity, then hold them properly.
