-To promote all DGPM cadre Tax Assistants working on 30.10.2022 to Sr. TA/EA using old RR(after 3 yr)

-To promote all DGPM cadre EA/TA having 5 yr service as on date to Inspector using existing RR.

No DPC or Promotion has held since last 7 years for the cadre of Inspector/IO in 18 Directorates functioning under @cbic_india which has devastated the promotion avenues of feeder cadres EA/TA & caused huge stagnation for them.

Any decision of CR is applicable only after amendment in RR
