In around 9 hours’ time this bright pink envelope will be opened and either @annadsmusic, @ShruthiMusic, @AnnaViennaHo or @lilliepharris will be announced as the winner of our competition to find a young woman composer for our 2019/20 season. Beyond excited!

Our final finalist, Shruthi Rajasekar, couldn’t be with us tonight because she’s in Minnesota. Thank goodness we have modern communication technology. Shruthi is on FaceTime listening to us sing her piece and giving us feedback!
