But... there could be a pun with the word "still" which would imply "only people NOT moving". In which case the maximum number of those in the scenario is 60, since the man is moving, as well as the 40 leaving and 10 entering.

@ellie69i Not only would that influence how massive you perceive them, but muscle is denser than fat, so they would also actually have a different volume, even if the weight and height is unchanged. For example it'd be very unlikely they wear the same pants size.

@ellie69i Weight and fat level are two different things.
If your skeleton and organs weigh 10kgs, you can have 30kgs of fat and 30kgs of muscles, or 5kgs of fat and 55kgs or muscles, both would weigh 70kg, same weight, but one'd looks mega fluffy and the other'd look lean as hell.
