『ブルーアーカイブ』の統括プロデューサーの���ム・ヨンハです。
今回の生徒募集システムのリニューアルに関し、先生方に多大なる不安と困惑を与えてしまいました。
ご迷惑をおかけしてしまい、誠に申し訳ございません。

今回のリニューアルは、先生方のゲーム体験に大きな影響を与えるにもかかわらず、直前となって情報を公開したこと、並びに本件に関連する投稿を個人のSNSアカウントで軽率にリポストし、不信感を与えてしまったこと、お詫び申し上げます。
運営チームの了解を得て、本件に関する経緯を、この場でご説明させていただきます。
開発チームとしては、先生方が募集において最もストレスを感じる点は、生徒をお迎えできる「呼び出しポイント」になるまでピックアップ生徒を一人もお迎えできない場合であると考え、これを緩和できる方法を模索してまいりました。
なぜかというと、少しでも多くの先生方が希望する生徒と出会えるようにすることが、『ブルーアーカイブ』が長く愛され続けるための基盤であると考えているからです。
このストレスが少しでも軽減されるように私たち開発チームが考えた方法は、
いち早くピックアップ生徒をお迎えできる可能性を高めることでした。
その詳細が、2026年7月28日14時頃に公式X等でお知らせしたように
「呼び出しチャージ」システムと、このポイントを引き継げる機能になります。
さらにリニューアルのメリットを感じていただけるように「募集回数特典」として、
「期間限定10回募集チケット」を設定し、実質的にピックアップ生徒を確定でお迎えできるまでの負担が軽減されるように設計しました。

しかし、意図がどうであれ、先生方に変更の損得を検証させ、さらに不安にさせてしまい、何よりも、これまで築き上げてきた信頼に傷をつけてしまいました。
発表後、多くの先生からご不安とご困惑の声をいただき、私たちの準備とコミュニケーションの過程が不十分であったことを痛感いたしました。

今後は、先生方に安定したゲーム体験をお届けることを最優先に考え、開発過程においてより慎重な検討と、十分なご案内を心がけるよう進めたいと思います。
今回の件を重く受け止め、より責任ある姿勢で、信頼を少しずつでも再び築いてまいります
