Also, instead of giving handouts to everyone, I'm going to make it a condition of North Sea drilling licences that applicants pay the interest on loans for poor people to buy solar systems.

@mr_xray101 @ClaireCoutinho Actually, instead of being taxed & used for universal giveaways, windfall profits could be exempted from corporation tax when used by the energy producers to eg provide interest free / subsidised loans for people to purchase solar system for their homes.
