They may have walked away, said things that damaged your reputation, but God is not going to let you stay down, mistreated, shortchanged. No, get ready. Payback is coming. He is a just God. What belongs to you is on the way.
Broken promises, betrayals, rejection are a part of life. God is saying, “Don’t worry. I’m going to pay you back. I’m going to make it up to you.” You don’t have to get even; you don’t have to vindicate yourself. The Most High God is going to settle your account.
Anyone can trust God when things are going their way, life is good, you’re seeing favor. The real test is, will you trust Him when things are shaking? Will you stay in faith when there’s uncertainty, things you don’t understand?
It’s actually a dealbreaker for me if a guy I’m talking to has problematic friends, even he doesn’t agree with them. That is a sign that you don’t have integrity and discernment of who you choose to be associated with.
