6 months later, intermittent crampy neuropathic pain mid posterior thigh radiating into calf occasionally

Provoked unpredictably - sudden run, fast walking, hamstring loading

Also direct compression eg sitting on hard chair when irritable

MRI - ? scarring in biceps femoris muscle adjacent to sciatic nerve

First video - US guided hydrodissection of SN (longitudinal)

Second video - tissue plains around SN seen successfully separated from epimysial sheath & nerve gliding freely with passive knee extension & flexion
