@SAS Hi anton and thanks for the reply, the seat cofig was changed from window and middle to aisle and middle and 2 rows further back so this shouldn’t have happened right? No explanation just changed..I fully understand operational changes but this seems like we’ve been bumped

@SAS hi guys, can you please tell me why the seats I reserved a few days ago and paid for were now changed? I though it maybe because business class was extended but there’s a single seat still available to choose in the row opposite. Very poor if we’ve been moved for no reason

@DVLAgovuk Hi guys I received a cheque refund from you a few weeks ago and paid it in via local post office. Unfortunately the cheque has got lost and the bank has told me to contact dvla to get some details to trace it. I cannot get through on the phone. Is there another way?
