Storm vs Vulcan

Storm faced Vulcan when his powers still had a shield. He tried to power null Ororo. However while Vulcan is an omega level energy manipulator so is Storm. People don’t realize that weather is driven by several forms of fundamental energy. So as their power start flowing trying to find a weakness… Vulcan didn’t have the will like Storm and ultimately was defeated.
