Did you know that when you use the Quick Reports option, you can choose to have the duration in hour:minute or decimal format?

Simply select the columns that end with (dec.) for the decimal format.

You can now customize the message that is sent to your employees when a timesheet is declined. You can even use already defined variables in your message. Go to the Application Configuration option to customize the message.
