I've noticed a few posts about it so here's a ZZZ fun fact:

Even though Velina is not the person triggering Vortex and it scales off the stats of the character triggering it, the game counts it as her dmg, so it scales only off her buffs and is added to her dmg total at the end

@ryuitwt So fun fact: while yeah Windswept does have almost double the dmg multiplier of Assault iirc, that's not why Velina actually gets the highest % of the dmg dealt at the end

For some reason, even though Vortex is triggered by other characters, the game counts it as her dmg
