My friend who works at @Microsoft just told me that INDIAN managers at @Microsoft are allegedly filing green-card applications for their INDIAN H-1B employees under the EB-1 category (which is a first-preference employment-based green card for people who have extraordinary abilities, outstanding academic records, or executive-level corporate experience) by exaggerating their profiles and qualifications.

That is immigration fraud, and @USCIS should disapprove and deny these applications and investigate this fraud immediately.

I wouldn’t be surprised if similar practices are happening at other major tech companies, including @amazon , @Google , @Meta , @Apple and other big tech!
